Founder & CEO
Poya began his professional career in finance in London before transitioning into tech and entrepreneurship 2014. In 2018 he built, launched and successfully exited Vitay.io within the space of 4 years—a B2B cloud-based HR platform for high-volume recruitment. Spring boarding from this success, and leveraging his unique blend of experience in finance, recruitment, and technology, In 2022 Poya founded Gateway Ventures, where he has built a dynamic team dedicated to building products & companies that will drive economic impact globally.

General Partner
Nima is the Managing Director of Grosvenor Search Capital, where he connects businesses seeking capital with a vast network of alternative capital providers. He holds a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed his legal training at the College of Law. Nima began his career as a solicitor at Taylor Wessing, a pan-European law firm, before transitioning to an In-House Counsel role. In addition to his work at Grosvenor, he advises private equity firms and hedge funds on structuring their legal, compliance, and deal execution teams.

‍Rafael Santiago, is a seasoned software engineer with expertise in scalable web and mobile applications, having worked at both start ups and built enterprise grade applications in previous roles for the past 12 years. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge adept at leading teams of developers to architect, build & scale products across industries.

‍With over 10 years of experience in business development, and early stage venture development, Dustin brings a wealth of expertise within the SaaS technology sector, he has worked in and scaled multiple start ups across Canada, the UK, and the USA. He excels in building sales & growth strategies for early stage companies to propel them to success.
